if one half of an integer is added to one fifth the next consecutive integer
the sum is 17.

|Multiplying thru by 10 so as all denominators = 1
5x + 2(x+1) = 170
7x ++2 = 170
7x = 168
x = 24, the smalller, the larger consecutive integer is 25
