my ones digit is 3,
e = 3
:
my hundred digit is 2 times of my once digit
c = 2(3) = 6

my ten digit is the sum of one digit and hundredth digit
d = 3 + 6 = 9

my thousand and ten thousand digit is one less than hundredth digit,
