let the numbers be x & y
2x+3y=67.............(1)
3x-y=7.............(2)
multiply equation by 3
9x-3y=21
add to equation (1)
11x=88
/11
x=8
plug value of x in (1)
2x+3y=67
16+3y=67
3y=51
/3
y=17
