Answer by mananth(16946)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
you can also work it out this way
let the consequtive odd numbers be x,x+2,x+4
x(x+2)=(x+4)^2-58
x^2+2x=x^2+8x+16-58
x^2 cancels off
2x-8x=16-58
-6x=-42
/6
x=7
the numbers are 7,9,11
CHECK
7*9=63
11^2=121
121-58=63
