Whats a number greater than 10 less than 20 and digits that equal 9?
-------
That's not possible.
Between 10 & 20, it's a 2 digit number, at least to the left of the decimal.
If its digits = 9, --> 99
--------------------
If you mean the sum of the digits is 9, then the number is 18.
That's not the same as "digits that equal 9"
