IF IT IS A SINGLE PAGE THEN THE OTHER MISSING PAGE IS ON THE REVERSE SIDE PAGE

IF IT IS A DOUBLE SIZE PAPER FOLDED THEN THE MISSING PAGES ARE 11/12 & 69/70.
1+10=11 & 80-10=70 & EACH PAGE IS ODD/EVEN NUMBERED.
