Let five numbers =x+1,x+2,x+3 x+4,and x+5
Add these numbers up to 300
x+1+x+2+x+3+x+4+x+5=300
5x+15=300
5x=300-15
5x=285
x=285/5
x=57
First Number = x+1 = 57+1=58
Second Number = x+2 = 57+2=59
Third Number = x+3 = 57+3=60
Fourth Number = x+4 = 57+4=61
Fifth Number = x+5 = 57+5=62
Sum of five consecutive numbers = 300
