first, take the informations
two integers: x and y
have a difference of negative 11: x-y=-11
a sum of negative 3: x+y=-3
so have a system now solve it
x-y=-11 --> suming
x+y=-3
_______
2x=-14
x=-14/2
x=-7
substituting x to find y
x+y=-3
-7+y=-3
y=-3+7
y=4
the integers are -3 and 4
