Question 467567: the numbers 2 and 3 are prime numbers and their sum 5 is also a prime number, fine five more such pairs of prime numbers
Answer by Alan3354(69443) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
2 + 11 = 13
2 + 17 = 19
2 + 29 = 31
2 + 41 = 43
2 + 59 = 61
2 + 101 = 103
-------------
Notice that all have a 2, the only even prime number.
Adding 2 odd numbers would give an even number, which could not be prime.
