Answer by Edwin McCravy(20056)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The sum of my ones digit and tens digit is 10.
So it has to be one of these nine:

19
28
37
46
55
64
73
82
91

My tens digit is less than my ones digit
That narrows it down to these four:

19
28
37
46

and both my digits are prime.
That narrows it down to 37

I am a prime number.
Indeed, 37 is a prime number.

What number am I?
37.
