Find the number of deluxe stateroom for each of the ships if the total number of deluxe staterooms for the three ships is 729

Let C = the no. of delux staterooms in Caribbean
P = the no. of delux staterooms in Pacific
M = the no. of delux staterooms in Mediterranean
First Equation
C = P + 37
Second Equation
M = 4P - 40
Third Equation
C+P+M = 729
Expressing the Third Equation in terms of P
(P+37) + P + (4P - 40) = 729
6P = 729 + 3
P = 122
C = 122 + 37
= 159
M = 4(122) - 40
= 448
