LET 3 x+3 & X+6 BE THE 3 NUMBERS.
6X=4(X+6)+48
6X=4X+24+48
6X-4X=72
2X=72
X=72/2
X=36 ANS. FOR THE SMALLER NUMBER
36+6=42 ANS. FOR THE LARGER NUMBER.
PROOF:
6*36=4*42+48
216=168+48
216=216
