Let x & x+1 be the 2 integers.
x(x+1)-5=x^2
x^2+x-5=x^2
x^2-x^2+x=5
x=5 ans. for the smaller integer.
5+1=6 ans. for the larger integer.
Proof:
5*6-5=5^2
30-5=25
25=25
