let number be xy
x= y+3
x^2+y^2= 10x+y +4
x^2+y^2-10x-y=4
plug value of x in equation
(y+3)^2+y^2-10(y+3)-y=4
y^2+6y+9+y^2-10y-30-y=4
2y^2-5y-25=0
2y^2-10y+5y-25=0
2y(y-5)+5(y-5)=0
(2y+5)(y-5)=0
y=5
if y = 5 x= y+3 = 8
the number is 85
