10's digit:
y=x-3
Unit digit = x
y+x=6+4(y+x) --> sub
10x-30+x=6+4(x+x-3)
11x-30=6+8x-12
11x-30=8x-6
3x=24
x=8

y=8-3
y=5

Hence, the 10's digit is 5 and the unit digit is 8.
