If 32 people can do the job in 22 days, then one person can do 
of the job in 22 days, and further, one person can do \left(\frac{1}{22}\right)\ =\ \frac{1}{704})
of the job in one day. Then it would take one person 704 days to do the whole job, so it would take 
people to do the job in 16 days.
