Answer by checkley77(12844)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x & x+7 are the 2 numbers.
x(x+7)=60
x^2+7x-60=0
(x+12)(x-5)=0
x+12=0
x=-12 ans.
x-5=0
x=5 ans.
Proof:
-12(-12+7)=60
-12*-5=60
60=60
5(5+7)=50
5*12=60
60=60
