You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Since you are trying to find the sum of three integers, and your number is a negative, then you add 3 to it to get -45.
Then divide by 3 to get -15. Then you can get the number below that (-16) and the one below that (-17).
The three consequtive numbers are -15, -16, -17.
To check your work you can add them together. Your answer should be what you started with (-48).
