The number is greater than 30 and less than 70
Multiple of 2 & 4
2* 2* 2 * 2 * 2* 2 The number can be any one with the folowing factors.
Number greater than 30 are 32 and 64 which meets the condition.
However the number is a square
So it can be only 64 since 8^2 is 64

The perfect squares greater than 30 but less than 70 are 36 (divisible by 2 and 4, but also by 6), 49 (not divisible by 2, 4, or 6), and 64. 64 has to be the answer.
