1st even: 2x
2nd even: 2x+2

Equations:
(1/2)(2x) + (1/5)(2x+2) = 48
Multiply thru by 10 to get:
10x + 2(2x+2) = 480
14x + 4 = 480
14x = 476
x = 34

1st = 2x = 68
2nd = 2x+2 = 70
