x+2 + x+3 = 2(x + x+1) - 17
:
2x + 5 = 2(2x + 1) - 17

2x + 5 = 4x + 2 - 17

2x + 5 = 4x - 15
:
5 + 15 = 4x - 2x

x = 10, 11, 12, 13 are the 4 consecutive numbers
