x-y=15 multiply this equation by -2 & add.
3x-2y=58
-2x+2y=-30
----------------
x=28 ans. for the larger number.
28-y=15
-y=15-28
-y=-13
y=13 ans for the smaller number.
Proof:
3*28-2*13=58
84-26=58
58=58
