For this one, I would just use guess and check.
6+1=7 So, this one clearly will not work, because the numbers do not add up to 14. So, I'll try a little higher.
6+5= 11 Still not 14. Try higher.
6+8=14
If the number is 68, which is less than 70 and greater than 65, the two digits add up to 14.
