Let the consecutive even integers be:
x, x+2, x+4, x+6
x+6=2x-14
x-2x=-14-6
-x=-20
x=20 ans. for the smallest integer.
20=6=26 ans. for the largest integer.
Proof:
26=2*20-14
26=40-14
26=26
