Answer by checkley77(12844) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x+(x+1)=(1*3*5*7)^2
2x+1=105^2
2x+1=11,025
2x=11,025-1
2x=11,024
x=11,024/2
x=5,512 ans. for the first number.
5,512+1=5,513 ans for the second number.
Proof:
5,512+5,513=11,025
11,025=11,025
(Note: 2 consecutive numbers cannot both be odd. One must be odd the other must be even.
