This one you can do in your head. Digits must be 9 or less. Since 5 times 2 is 10, the most that the units digit can be is 1. 5 times 1 is 5 plus 3 is 8, so your number is 81 -- or 5 times 0 is 0 plus 3 is 3, so your number is 30.

Check 81: Twice the original 10s digit is 2 times 8 is 16. 2 more than that is 18 and that is the original number with the digits reversed. This one works.

Check 30: Twice the original 10s digit is 2 times 3 is 6. 2 more than that is 5, which is not the original number reversed. This one doesn't work.

The answer is 81.
