Let u=unit digit and t=tens digit.
t>u
(10t+u)/(t+u)=6+(8/(t+u))
10t+u=6(t+u)+8
10t+u=6t+6u+8
4t=5u+8
t=5u/4+2
5u/4 must be an integer.
t=5*4/4 +2=7 when u=4
