Find the 4th term of a geometric sequence whose first term is 6 and whose common ratio is 1/3.
a=6 r = 1/3
an= a*r^(n-1)
a(4) = 6*(1/3)^3
a(4) = 6/27
= 2/9
the 4th term of the geometric sequence is 2/9
