        The equation,  which @josgarithmetic tries to sell you,   ,   is incorrect.
        So, even do not try to solve it  ( ! )

        I came to bring you a correct solution.

The correct equation is

     =

Cross multiply, simplify and find "p"

    5*(13-p) = 2*8

    65 - 5p = 16

    65 - 16 = 5p

       49   = 5p

        p   = 49/5     ANSWER
