Let 1st be x; 2nd by y ; 3rd be z
EQUATIONS:
y =x-1
z = y-5
x = 2z
-----------
Rearrange the equations:
x-y+0 = 1
0+y-z = 5
x+0-2z= 0
-------------
I used the Matrix function of a TI caluculator to get:
x = 12 (This is 1st)
y = 11 (This is 2nd)
z = 6 (This is 3rd)
