Since this composite number is divisible by 3 and by 7, it is multiple of 3*7 = 21.

First two such multiples of 21 are 21 and 42, but they are less than 50.

Next multiple of 21 is 63. It is odd; greater than 50 and 2 less than 65, which is multiple of 5.

So, 63 satisfies all conditions.

ANSWER. the number is 63.
