    The two-digit number 20 is not a digit.

(1) The value of one digit is 20: That means a digit 2 in the tens place.

(2) The digit in the hundreds place is four more than the digit in the tens place: the digit in the hundreds place is 2+4 = 6.

(3) The digit in the hundreds place is the largest digit: the digit in the hundreds place is 9. But that contradicts (2)....

(4) And there is no information about the digit in the ones place....
