The number must be divisible by the least common multiple of all those numbers.

There are many different ways to find the LCM of those four numbers. I will assume you know how to find it. The LCM of 8, 15, 20, and 25 is 600.

To find the smallest 5-digit number divisible by 600, divide 10000 by 600. You will get a decimal result; round up to the next integer. Multiplying that integer times 600 will give you the answer.
