Question 1048336: What is the greatest possible 3-digit number for which the
sum of the digits is 10?

Answer by Edwin McCravy(20060)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!

The first digit counts the most so make it 9.
The tens digit counts the next most, so make it
1 so the sum of the digits will be 10. Then the
units digit can only be 0.

Answer 910, and 9+1+0 = 10
