Question 102027: dear ma'm/sir, i hope you will help me with my homework. solve and answet his one for me. thank you.
5/(m-1)(m+2) + 2/(m+2)(m-3)

Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
5/(m-1)(m+2) + 2/(m+2)(m-3)
--------
Least common denominator is (m-1)(m+2)(m-3)
-----------
Write each fraction with the lcm as its denominator:
[5(m-3)/lcm] + [2(m-1)/lcm}
------------
Both fractions now have the same denominator so combine the numerators to get:
[5m-15+2m-2]/lcm
Simplify:
[7m-17]/[(m-1)(m+2)(m-3)]
