A positive integer number ....................x
increased by its square x+x^2

is equal to 77 times the next higher positive integer number.
77(x+1)
Find the number.
x+x^2= 77(x+1)
x+x^2 = 77x+77
x^2-76x-77=0
x^2-77x+x-77=0
x(x-77) +1(x-77)=0

(x-77)(x+1)=0
x= 77 OR -1
But the integer is positive
=> x = 77
