They are the multples of 2*3 or 6.

6,12,18,...

Since 2000/6 = 333.3333333...
The largest multiple of 6 that does not exceed 2000
is 333*6 or 1998, so the list is

6,12,18,...,1998

If we divide every number in the list by 6, we get
this list:

1,2,3,...,333

There are 333 in that list so there are also 333 in 
the list 6,12,18,...,1998.

Answer: 333
