Let the 98% acid solution be n. Then:
.98(n)+.25(2-n)=.63(2)
.98n+.5-.25n=1.26
.73n=.76
n=1.041 liters of 98% solution
2-n=.959 liters of 25% solution ☺☺☺☺

Write your answer correct to two decimal places
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
25% in the input and 25% in the output?
If your numbers are correct, then only 25% acid should be used at the amount of 2 liters.
98% acid should not be used at all.
