Question 998463: If I wanted to make a menthol splash on tonic; using 50% isopropyl alcohol, pu rified water, menthol, and sodium chloride (bakers salt) to obtain a proper pH balance in 100ml batches. My question is how much water is needed to make a 1% solution.

The question and description are incomplete. You could try accounting for percentage upto 100%, but you give no information about how you will achieve pH balance. The ingredients for the formula need the materials to be included for this. You specified 100 ml volume of the tonic, but you have some included salt, but by how? Mass per volume? Mass per mass?
No certain way to answer the question. Use enough water to meet the 100% formula requirement.
