(px + (0.048)200)/(x + 200) = 0.032
where as p is the percent of butterfat in skimmed milk
and x is the amount of skimmed milk

200*.048=.032(200+X)
9.6=6.4+.032X
.032X=9.6-6.4
.032X=3.2
X=3.2/.032
X=100 POUNDS OF SKIMMED MILK IS NEEDED TO MAKE THE REQUIRED MIX.
