x = ml of 4% acid/water = ml of 96% water/acid
y = ml of 100% water
z = ml of 0.12% acid/water = ml of 99.88% water/acid

say you have 1 liter of 4% solution
Then you have liters of
concentrate ( whatever it is )

I can say:
