If I make 1 cupcake = 1 cent / cupcake, then
I can have:
(1) 1 cent cupcake ( 5 - 4 )
(1) 9 cent cupcake ( 5 + 4 )
(58) 5 cent cupcakes

If I make the 9 cent cupcakes cost 4 cent / cupcake
then I can have:
(1) 1 cent cupcake
(1) 4 cent cupcake
(59) 5 cent cupcakes

This is the right total price, but 61 cupcakes
So, I'll make it:
(1) 1 cent cupcake
(1) 4 cent cupcakes
(1) 10 cent cupcake
(57) 5 cent cupcakes
