I;m getting answers like -8/23
I have a test on Friday on these tables and this question literally stumped me for a full hour.

Uniform rates work or job rule is RT=J, for rate time job.
The rate in these situations should be understood as unit of JOB per TIME.

Jasmine___________________12___________1
Crystal____________________x____________1
Together___________________8____________1

What is really important is that you are finding information about the rates. The two agents working together are working at the SUM of their individual rates. Note how time for Crystal to do 1 job has been assigned x number of hours.
