0.3*a+0.7*b=0.62*50
a=50-b
0.3*(50-b)+0.7*b=31
15-0.3b+0.7*b=31
0.4*b=16
b=40
a=50-b
a=10 at 30% b=40 at 70%
check
0.3*10+0.7*40=0.62*50
3+28=31
31=31
ok
