0.29x + 0.40(110-x) = 0.32*110
------
29x + 40*110 - 40x = 32*110
-11x = -3*110
x = 10*3 = 30 ml (amt. of 29% solution needed)
110-x = 80 ml (amt. of 40% solution needed)
