Nurse Levin added 50 mL of dextrose to 1.8 liters if intravenous fluid. But the physician said a 10% concentration of dextrose is needed. Find the amount of dextrose that the nurse should add.
The answer given is 150mL but I cant seem to figure out how they got that answer. Please explain in detail if possible.

"1.8 liters if intravenous fluid" is not correct English!
"fluid. But the physician " is poor English!
