SORRY FOR THE MISTAKE. ONE TOO MANY 0'S.
#############################################
.80X+.30*3=.60(X+3)
.80X+.9=.60X+1.8
.80X-.60X=1.8-.9
.20X=.9
X=.9/.20
X=4.5 LITERS OF THE 80% WERE USED.
PROOF:
.80*4.5+.30*3=.60(4.5+3)
3.6+.9=.60*7.5
4.5=4.5
