How much pure acid should be mixed with four gallons of a 40% acid solution in order to get a 70% acid solution?

let x=amount of pure acid should be mixed
40%*4+100%x=70%(4+x)
1.6+x=2.8+.7x
0.3x=1.2
x=4
amount of pure acid should be mixed=4 gal
