60(0.20) + V(0.00) = (V + 60)(0.15)
12 = (0.15)V + 9
(0.15)V = 3
V = 3/(0.15)

milk 20 ---------------- 60 liters
water 0 ---------------- x liters
Mixture 15 ---------------- 60 + x liters

20 * 60 + 0 x = 15 ( 60 + x )
1200 + 0 x = 900 + 15 x
0 x -15 x = -1200 + 900
-15 x = -300
/ -15
x = 20 liters water
