0.7*3 + 0.145*2 = x(3+2)

Multiply thru by 1000 to get::
700*3 + 145*2 = 5000x
----
2100 + 290 = 5000x
x = 2390/5000
x = 0.478 = 47.8% (% of liquid A in the mixture)
